The study involved 375 research participants chosen through purposive sampling. The participants are adults between the age 18 years and up and are residents of Barangay Kasambagan. A research-made, 20 item checklist was utilized as research instrument. The data gathered were tallied and went through different statistical treatments and was then analyzed to come up with the results. Majority of the respondents are in the age range of 58-67. A greater segment of the respondents are female. As to the educational attainment, the greater number are in high school level. The prevalent health practices that are employed by the respondents are mostly concerned about their nutritional status, hygiene, and water supply. On the other hand, the study also revealed that some health practices still needs more attention and emphasis like environmental sanitation, exercising, uncontrolled consumption of large quantity of alcohol, caffeine, and cigarettes and lastly, the use of alternative medicine.
