Specifically, this study determined the profile of the level IV student nurses in terms of age and gender, their personality traits and their Related Learning Experience (RLE) performances. This study utilized a descriptive- correlational research design. There were 275 respondents and convenient random sampling was used. A researcher- made questionnaire was utilized using simple percentage, Chi- Square and Pearson R formula. The findings revealed that majority of the respondents were female and they belonged to the age bracket of 18-21 years old. The majority of the respondents had a sensing extrovert personality trait and good Related Learning Experience (RLE) performance. A significant relationship was found between age and personality as well as the gender and personality trait.There was a significant relationship between age and Related Learning Experience (RLE) performance and there is no significant relationship between gender and Related Learning Experience (RLE) performance. Lastly, there is no significant relationship between personality trait and Related Learning Experience (RLE) performance. The proposed action plan would provide help and support in such a way that the audience will be able to develop awareness of their personality and learn techniques to further improve their personality trait by maximizing their strengths and improving their weaknesses.
