This study is to assess the level of satisfaction of the tourists in the Adventure Park in terms of safety, facilities, cleanliness, accessibility of the destination, activities offered and their customer service. The researchers used the descriptive-correlation research using researcher-made questionnaire in gathering the data. There were 100 respondents who answered the survey in the Adventure Park through random sampling. The results were computed through simple percentage, weighted mean and chi-square. The results showed that the customers were highly satisfied with the services that the Adventure Park has offeredin terms of safety, accessibility of the destination, activities in the area and lastly customer service by the Adventure Park while a result of very satisfied with the services in terms of facilities and amenities and cleanliness. There was no significant relationship between the level of satisfaction and the respondent's profile in terms of age and nationality. With these results. this led the researchers to suggest a sustainability plan to maintain the services of safety, accessibility, activities in the area and customer service by the Adventure Park that the management could implement.
