This study utilized the descriptive design to make a systematic analysis on the integration of ICT to instruction and used the researcher-made questionnaire in gathering data. The scientific undertaking was conducted at the University of Cebu- Banilad. The respondents of this research were the instructors from various departments of the University of Cebu-Banilad campus that compromise instructors from the allied department, IT department, general education department and nursing department. Statistical treatment was applied to the gathered data using different techniques such as frequency, simple percentage, rank, weighted mean, and chi-square of independence. Based on the findings of the study, majority of the respondents are 26-30 years old, from Allied department , has less that 3-5 years length of service, under probationary full time employment status, are full fledged master's degree holder, and has internet access both at home and in school. The most available ICT tools are digital lens projector, desktop computer and word processing. The instructors are most familiar with the dedsktop computer, laptop, digital lens projector, internet access and word processing. The frequently used ICT tools are laptop computer, internet access and desktop computer. The teaching activity mostly used by the instructors are creating and updating lesson plans, syllabus, and other teaching aids; searching educational resources of course materials; recording and calculating students grades and creating presentation, integrating text and sound, video and animation. The extent of use of ICT tools agreed with the statements that stated: i.e., ICT tools improve presentation of work; the use of ICT tools increases students' interests in the subject matter; and that it is easy to think of new lesson ideas. From the problems encountered in the use of ICT tools, the quality of support is good. The obstacles using ICT in class work are insufficient number of ICT hardware (computers and peripherals); not enough training opportunities; not enough copies of software for educational use; and not enough types of software. There is no significant relationship between the profile of the respondents and the extent of usage of ICT tools to instruction. The integration of ICT to instruction is not strongly agreed upon by the instructors.
