There were 371 respondents; 257 from Basilica Minore del Sto. Niño, 11 from Fort San Pedro, 22 from Plaza Independencia, 7 from Yap-Sandiego Ancestral House, and 74 from Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral. A researcher made questionnaire was used in gathering data. Statistical treatment that was used for data analysis was the simple percentage, weighted mean, and chi-square test of independence. The result showed that the tourists were highly satisfied with the historical sites in Cebu City in terms of the physical appearance, safety and security, facilities and accommodation, accessibility of the historical sites, as well as the products and services. It also showed that the tourist did not encounter problems when they visited the historical sites in terms of service and accommodation given by the staff of the historical site, sanitation, health care facility, safety and security, special services for PWDs and senior citizens, occasional reservations, local language used, traffic congestion and beggars near the historical site. There is significant relationship between the level of satisfaction and problems encountered by the tourist in historical sites. It was concluded that the most of the respondents were highly satisfied with the historical sites and that they did not encounter problems when they visited the historical sites. This study suggested several programs for the sustainability of the historical sites. These programs were recommended to be implemented by the curators.
