Specifically, this study determined the profile of the level IV student nurses in terms of age and gender. Th extent of influence in relation to the dimensions was identified. This study utilized a descriptive research design.There were 382 respondents. Convenient sampling was used. A researcher-made questionnaire was utilized using Simple Percentage and Weighted Mean. The findings revealed that a majority of the respondents belonged to the ages 18-19 years old were females.In general, the locus of control dimension, stability dimension,and responsibility dimension all influenced the academic performance of the level IV student nurses. The action plan would provide a support in the attainment of the respondent's hardwork, minimized distraction, and feelings of pride for successes.
