Specifically, this study determined the profile of the respondents regarding their age, gender,and status. The level of preparedness and compliance were identified, which was the basis for the formulation of the proposed action plan which would geared towards the improvement or risk reduction during earthquake and enhancement of escape plans. This study utilized the descriptive-correlational type of research design. There were 20 respondents composed of clinical instructors from the college of nursing. A researcher made questionnaire was utilized in the statistical formula such as simple percentage, weighted mean and chi square test of relationship. the findings of the study revealed that majority of the respondents were at age average of 28-32 years old mostly comprising of female;married and had been working five years and above. The majority were moderately prepared and had fully complied the emergency room. Therefore it is concluded that all the respondents were moderately prepared and compliant, with the emergency program during earthquake. The action plan scheme of implementation including the awareness and seminar in the improvement of risk reduction strategies during earthquake and enhancement of knowledge, skills and to develop positive attitude in case of an earthquake are organizing a disaster preparedness seminar and drills.
