This study was conducted at Talamban National High Shool, Cebu City. A researcher- made questionnaire was used in data gathering. Simple percent, weighted mean, and chi- square were computed for treatment of data. Considering the findings, the respondents with the age of 16-17 years old and as to the gender in which female has 54 respondents and is equivalent to 56.84% and to the female has 54 respondents and is equivalent to 56.84% and to the male with 41 respondents and is equivalent 43.16%. There were significant relationship of the age only to the age and stakeholders. The gender also has an association with the readiness and security measure of Talamban National High School to the building, stakeholders, and readiness and security measure. This study concluded that the Talamban National High School is highly ready for both buildings and stakeholders level of readiness.
