The study identified several common themes which are Onboarding Employees, On-The-Job Training, Peer-to-Peer Learning, Onboarding Support, Autonomous for efficient workers, Progress Review, Performance Appraisal, Performance Based Promotion, Deportment Over Promotion. Additionally, the challenges faced by the executive housekeepers are Training a Disengaged and Distracted Worker and Lack in Manpower.
