520 | _aSummary: Article 13 of the section 3 of the Constitution guarantees that shall promote the principle of shared responsibility between workers and employers and the preferential use of voluntary modes in setting disputes, including conciliation, and shall enforce their mutual compliance therewith to foster industrial peace. In 2012, the Department of Labor and Employment issued a Department Order instituting the Single Entry Approach. This administrative program was conceived to help the labor courts in the speedy disposition of labor disputes. This study is a quantitative and qualitative research. In the determination of the resolution rates of the "RFA'S" a quantitative research method was used. This study examined the resolution rates of labor disputes in DOLE Region 7. It also included the experience of the mediator-conciliator, the Single Entry Approach Desk Officers (SEADOs). | ||
