520 _aSummary: The study determined the responses on the universal change of life among women of selected barangays. The researcher utilized a descriptive-correlational research design. The researcher distributed a researcher made questionnaire to 198 respondents, utilizing purposive sampling. After gathering all the data, it is being tallied and computed using simple percentage, weighted mean and chi square. The values were being analyzed and relationships among variables were being identified. Based on the findings, the researchers concluded that majority of the respondents belongs to 49 years old and the age bracket 46-50 years old. Most of them are married, Roman Catholic and has reached high school level. Most of them are menopausal women experienced irritability and hot flushes and least experienced depression and osteoporosis. Findings showed that the respondents have utilized often the responses on the psychological and physical changes. The study conclude that there is no significant relationship between age, civil status and religion and their responses. Hence, there is a significant relationship between educational attainment and responses.
