520 | _aThe study highlights the importance of understanding the economic impact of business visitors, particularly within the event industry, and Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) tourism significantly contributes to local and regional economies. This sector has emerged as a crucial contributor to local and regional economies, given its substantial growth and higher budgets compared to casual travelers. Additionally, the event industry play a pivotal role in spreading knowledge and fostering cultural understanding globally. Furthermore, key organizations within the market benefit from networking opportunities, professional development, and team encouragement, highlighting the broader implications of studying the lived experiences of event organizers in Cebu. This qualitative study utilized a descriptive phenomenological research design to explore the lived experience of event organizers in Cebu. This research was conducted at the event management companies in Cebu. After obtaining the needed permission eight (😎 event organizers were interviewed using the snowball sampling technique with adherence to the ethical principles in research. The data analysis applied the thematic analysis. The themes created from the lived experience of event organizers in Cebu in the areas of; Concept mapping are: Meeting the Clients' Preferences, Budgetary Flexibility, and Getting to Know the Clients; Event organizing are: Establishing a Timeline and Checklist to Give Attention to Details and Utilizing Organizational Skill; and Supply Sourcing are: Choosing a Dependable Source and Suppliers of High-Quality Goods and Conduct. In addition, the themes created for addressing the challenges encountered are Unforeseen Weather Conditions. Dealing with Clients Party and Team Suppliers Demeanors, and Bearing with Time Setbacks. Further, the themes emanated from the aspirations of the informants to improve the event industry are Undergo Symposiums and Workshops. | ||
