520 _aThe foundational role of engineering education in society's development has equipped engineers and aspiring engineers with the knowledge and skills necessary to innovate, design, and create solutions to complex problems. Through rigorous coursework and hands-on experiences, engineering students learn how to analyze problems critically, think creatively, and apply scientific principles to real-world challenges. Fostering a nurturing environment for the students enhances the self-esteem, academic performance, and career aspiration of the electronics engineering students as these are essential factors in their academic endeavors. The present study explored the levels of self-esteem, academic performance, and career aspirations among electronics and communication engineering students of University of Cebu-Banilad. The researchers used a descriptive correlational research design to determine the levels of self-esteem, academic performance, and career aspiration among the 34 electronics engineering students in University of Cebu-Banilad. The research was conducted at the University of Cebu-Banilad and the modified questionnaires was used to gather data that was subjected to content validation. Upon treating the data, the researches utilized weighted mean and pearson correlation. The researchers ensured that ethical considerations were followed throughout the duration of the study. The findings indicted that the participants exhibited moderate levels of self-esteem, career aspiration, and good academic performance. Furthermore, significant relationships were found between self-esteem, academic performance, and career aspiration. A positive correlation was found between self-esteem and career aspiration. However, a negative correlation were found between the self-esteem and academic performance as well as academic performance and career aspiration. This study suggests that self-esteem can be a foundation for both academic success and ambitious career goals in electronics and communication engineering students. Furthermore, good academic performance may reinforce these aspirations, creating a positive cycle that fuels student motivation and achievement. However, the results of this study suggest a room for growth and improvement. While students demonstrated moderate levels of self-esteem and career aspiration, there is potential to elevate these aspects to higher levels. Enhanced support programs and targeted interventions could further boost students' self-confidence and career ambitions, leading to even better academic outcomes and more clearly defined professional goals. By addressing these areas for improvement, the institution can foster an environment where students not only meet but exceed their potential.
