520 _aEmployee performance is one of the key ingredients in an organization's profitability, productivity, and success. There has always been a need to determine the mediating factors that motivate Filipino employees to continuously support and improve their good performance at work since every company and organization values the relevance of the high performance of employees in accomplishing any given task. This situation motivated the researchers to determine further factors influencing employee job performance. This research is entitled Factors that Influence Job Performance among Tamp Café and Co. Cebu City Employees. In this research, researchers wanted to explore the relationship between the factors that elevate job performance among employees at the Tamp Café and Co. in Cebu City. This study provides practical insight into various café restaurants and helps organizations map the factors influencing employee job performance. The researchers provided a researcher-made survey questionnaire that has two parts that would answer the variables: (1) respondents' profiles: highest educational attainment, position, and years of service, and (2) questions about the factors that influence job performance among the employees-training and development, employee engagement, and incentives and reward systems. The researchers utilized a quantitative research design, specifically descriptive correlational research. Furthermore, the researchers found out that job performance among employees of Tamp Café and Co. in Cebu City is highly influenced by training and development, employee engagement, and incentives and reward systems, all valuable factors to consider in enhancing employee job performance. This study also concluded that there is a significant relationship between the respondents' profiles and the factors influencing job performance among the employees at the Tamp Café and Co. Cebu, City.
