However, despite the industry's significant contribution, many employees in this sector face challenges in achieving their financial goals, particularly regarding saving. This study employed a descriptive-correlational research design to investigate the saving goals and practices of business process outsourcing (BPO) enployees in Cebu, specifically in Ayala Business Park, Cebu City.
