520			_aHuman trafficking remains one of the gravest human rights violations worldwide, preying on vulnerable populations and perpetuating exploitation and abuse. This study sought to assess the level of awareness among parents regarding the signs and risks of human trafficking in Barangay Binaliw, Cebu City, and determine whether demographic factors influence awareness levels. Employing a descriptive-correlational quantitative design, the researchers used a research-made questionnaire administered to 343 respondents, comprising parents and barangay officials selected through simple random sampling.
