520			_a"Mental health is crucial to overall wellbeing, influencing every aspect of our lives. This study determined the relationship between physical activity and mental health among University of Cebu Banilad employees as a basis for psychoeducation infographics in promoting employees' mental wellbeing. A descriptive correlational research design was utilized in this study. A representative sample of 184 respondents was selected using purposive sampling. The research was conducted at the University of Cebu-Banilad Campus. The study utilized modified and researcher-made questionnaires to assess the employees' physical activity and mental health experiences. The gathered data were analyzed using Frequency count and simple percentage, Weighted mean, and chi-squared test. The findings revealed insufficiently active/sedentary physical activity and high mental health among the respondents. No significant relationship was found between physical activity and mental health among employees. A proposed psychoeducation infographic about maintaining positive mental health in the workplace was created." —Abstract
