The book is organized into four chapters following the Criminology Licensure Examination (CLE) Table of Specification (TOS), cach covering different topics in juvenile delinquency and juvenile justice. It is presented in a logical sequence, starting with juvenile delinquency and juvenile justice, followed by a discussion of terms to ponder, the rights of a child, and parental authority. Subsequent chapters cover topics such as preventing youth delinquency, juvenile justice models, and related laws on juvenile delinquency.
