520 _aSummary: Tourists' assessment is a result of many aspects such as the perception of product elements experienced and the expectations before an during the stay. This study evaluated the tourists' assessment of D' Family Park. This study utilized descriptive-correlational design. Using a quota sampling, the study has 100 respondents who were tourists from within and outside Cebu City visiting D' Family Park. The researchers used the research-made questionnaires for gathering of data. The statistical treatment used for data analysis were the chi-square, simple percentage and weighted mean. This results showed that customer service gave the tourists dissatisfaction. On the other hand, they were satisfied with the accessibility of the park according to its modes and affordability of transportation, worthy entrance fee, and up-to-date information from social media. The tourists were satisfied with the ambiance of the park through its preservation of the natural environment which had a friendly atmosphere suitable for various activities, a proper waste segregation and there was a sufficient number of security guards. They were also satisfied with the cleanliness, a habitual accumulation of garbage and the cleanliness of the facilities is well-maintained. There was no significant relationship between the age and gender to the assessment of the tourists. Therefore, tourists assessment in every attraction is essential and has a great impact in boosting the tourism industry. In determining as to where the management of D' Family park needs improvement. It will lead to a holistic development of a tourism leading establishment.
