520 _aSummary: This research study aimed to determine the labor coaching capabilities of senior student nurses, their profile, and the significant relationship of the respondents profile and their coaching capabilities. The study utilized the descriptive- correlational design using a researcher-made questionnaire and distributed to 284 respondents who were assigned in delivery room in three affiliated hospitals, Minglanilla District Hospital, Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center and Cebu Puericulture and Maternity House Inc. the findings of the study showed that most of the respondents are aged 18-20 years old and were mostly female. The respondents labor coaching capabilities was a very good. There was a significant relationship between the age of the respondents and their coaching capabilities. Labor coaching guidelines were formulated as recommended.
