The business would be in the form of a sole proprietorship. It consist one (1) manager/owner , one(1) cook, and one(1) deliveries. The business will be registered as a Barangay micro business Enterprise Law (BMBE) to avail the exemptions from national income tax and coverage Minimum Wage Law. The business will have different marketing strategy by distributing of flyers, tarpaulin in schools and malls as to reach out the promo and discounts.
