520 _aSummary: The research was done so as to provide not only the researchers but also the respondents, the clinical instructors and general education instructors, the personality types in accordance to Keirsey's Temperant theory, which was bade on what people do well, that is their skilled actions or their "intelligent roles" and how such personality affect the learning preferences of the nursing students and how they view themselves based on the personality they belong. The study determined the learning preferences of nursing students using the Keirsey Temperamental Sorter, the findings of which were the basis for a proposed teaching procedure.
