The competency level of the respondents toward research are average level, since most of the indicators were rated agree. It further revealed that there was no significant relationship between the respondents' perceived level of competency towards research. However, there's a significant relationship if the variables are more than 0.05. The top persistent problem that the 4th year interns encountered in conducting research were the "Lack of scientific training in the methodology of research".
