520			_aSummary: Nursing as a carrier is carried out in precise timing and skill. Attitude, knowledge and skills are learned in school but the appropriate time discipline vital to the profession is something inherent in the person. Developing good time management habit takes time and is hard work. Time is constantly moving. Nursing students often report their inability to manage time is their biggest problem they face. Time management is a skill few people have mastered and is one that most people need. There is no right way to manage out time. However, it is important to get to know our self so we can make good decisions about how to use our time. We all have 168 hours a week to use as we wish. Some students make better use of this time than others. Most universities recommend that students study at least two hours outside of class for every hour spent in class. Some recommend even more. Many students are taking 15 hours per semester, which probably means spending about 15 hours a week in class not to mention duty hours. Therefore, studying at least 30 hours a week outside of classes would be recommend. Combining the 15 hours a week in class and the 30 study hours outside of class, many students will need to spend about 45 hours a week in school.
